~ MOAB TRIP ~

We went to Moab June 10 - 14 and had a blast!!  This was my first trip to Moab and be assured it will not be my last!! This place is awesome....the 4-wheeler trails are by far the best I've been on and I can't wait to go back!!

Friday we spent it driving to Moab and setting up camp at Moab Valley RV Resort which is a fantastic place to stay...full hook ups with a pool and lots to do right in the RV park it's self. I will for sure stay there again. So we get done setting up and Mike & Shelly's friends haven't arrived yet so we find the local golf course and go play 9!! Fun course to play and beautiful!!

Saturday Shelly & I set out at 7am to do a little bike ride....it kicked our butts!! hahaha It was all up hill for about 5 miles and we were dying so we turned around and got in a total of 10 miles which isn't so bad! We made breakfast then loaded up the 4-wheelers for our first ride!!
Moab has some of the most beautiful rock formations I've ever seen!!  It was really fun...oh did I mention the dust!! Holy Hell!!! Oh and of course Shelly is playing in the water!!

Stacey totally soaked after going through the water a hundred times!!

You can't even see Shelly she hit the water so fast!!!

Sunday we slept in and enjoyed some breakfast & coffee then we all decided to go on another 4-wheeler ride to Poison Spider Trail....this trail was so freakin awesome. I can't wait to go back to ride it again!! This trail was climbing over huge rock with very little dust!! YAY

This prints were at the trail head!! So Cool to see!!!

Monday we got up early and headed to Delicate Arch hoping to beat the heat!! FAILED!!! It was so freakin hot!!! OMG!!! but I must say the sweltering heat and straight up hike over this ginormous mountain to the arch was so worth it!!  A must see!!!   Then we went a played another round of golf!!! hahaha   So dang fun!! So we get done with golf and Shelly & I wanted to go and do a little shopping in Moab. This little town reminded me of Park City. Pretty cool place!  OH!! I forgot to mention we were sitting drinking coffee before our hike and this trailer across from us starts up and starts to drive off and I look up and noticed his Awing was still out and I was dying at this point cuz this dumb ass in a rental RV was driving with his awing out...and he takes out the crossing arm at the entrance of the RV park!!! haha
so we are driving out and this guy is trying to turn around to get back in so he can hook up to power so he can reel in the awing...  we did help him. He was pressing the out button instead of the in button for the awing...hahaha RV parks are a great source of entertainment especially the ones who rent the RV's!!!

Tuesday sad day!!! Time to go home!! Boo!!!
We will be visiting Moab again and I can not wait!! There is so much to see and do there it's awesome!!
